Shopping at Kestrel Crafts Harris Tweed Gifts and Accessories

 

The terms and conditions below apply to the website www.kestrelcrafts.com by using this website and/or placing an order you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you are not happy to agree with these terms and conditions please do not use this website.

Prices

Kestrel Crafts reserves the right to amend prices at anytime and make corrections for errors and omissions as necessary.

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate in £ sterling.

 

Specification of goods

Every care is taken to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible.
Please be aware colours may vary on different monitors.

 

Delivery time

Delivery to UK addresses is estimated at 3-6 working days using Royal Mail. If possible all items will be dispatched as a single order within two days of purchase, unless otherwise discussed.

If your goods have not been delivered after 15 working days please contact us.

 

We do not deliver to all countries, please enquire before ordering. For outside the uk, delivery will be longer.

 

Return of goods

Unused, unwanted and undamaged products in original packaging may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

The Consumer Contracts Regulations still allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind.

You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling product. Buyer is responsible for return costs. Please send recorded to eliminate lost parcels and delays in your refund.

 

When returning products please include your name, address and reason for return ie faulty, changed your mind etc.

Any goods returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Once goods have been checked a refund will be issued.

Please DO NOT return goods without contacting us first.
